SUNSET SUP YOGA, WORLD CLASS WAKE AND ALL THE PIZZA YOU CAN EAT

We spent an epic evening on the Thames enjoying some of the best water sports that the Docklands have to offer. A warm up SUP Yoga session followed by 2 hours of Wakeboard lessons left our crew of day retreaters with smiles from ear to ear. Oh and we did feed them some pizza too.
THE SUP YOGA
Hosted by the incredible Natasha Cornish and Wakeup Docklands, our crew of retreaters got to spend an hour basking in the evneing sunshine while floating around on a somewhat choppy Thames. This SUP Yoga session was certainly a challenge given that the UK was seeing some of the stormiest weather we have had in a long time. But our go getting team managed to stay positive and headed out onto the water for a wobbly SUP Yoga session. We like to make things a little exttra challenging! We were super lucky as thte clouds cleared and the sun shone thorugh making for a calm and serene SUP Yoga experience. This one hour class saw our group of yogis movign thorugh vinyasas, trying their hand at arm balances and headstands and finally enjoying a relaxing savasana session.
Post SUP Yoga we hit the water for 2 hours of Wakeboard action. It was the first time on the water for all 12 of our guests but with some expert tuition form the instructors down at Wakeup Docklands everyone was standing up and riding the cable in no time. We even had some super brave souls who wanted to have a go at the jumps on their fist ever session. We loved the energy you guys brought to the evening and couldn’t have asked for a better crew!
